Die Inschrift der Steinplatte an der Tür „S ROCHE /A 1747 E“ bedeutet: „für den heiligen Rochus im Jahre 1747 errichtet“. Die Grundsteinlegung für eine Erweiterung der Kirche im neuromantischen Stil erfolgte am 20. Oktober 1921. Die kleine Kirche wurde um ein Querhaus und Chor nach Entwürfen des Architekten Voss (Kevelaer) erweitert. Im Innern befindet sich eine mit 156 cm fast lebensgroße farbig gefasste Figur des heiligen Rochus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert.
The small single-aisled brick chapel has a gabled roof from 1747. The inscription of the stone slab on the door "S ROCHE / A 1747 E" means: "Built for St. Rochus in 1747". The laying of the cornerstone for an extension of the church in the neo-romantic style took place on 20 October 1921. The small church was extended by a transept and choir to designs by the architect Voss (Kevelaer). Inside is a 156 cm almost life-size colored figure of St. Rochus from the 18th century.
