Wij vonden en vinden het prettig dat de prijsbepaling zorgvuldig is gedaan. Er zijn geen gouden bergen beloofd om de woning maar te krijgen voor de verkoop. Nadat de waarde bepaling is gedaan hebben we in overleg een strategie uitgezet om de woning voor een goede prijs te verkopen zonder het lang in de markt te laten staan. De voor en nadelen zijn besproken en op de juiste momenten bijgestuurd. Al met al een hele prettige en persoonlijke benadering waardoor er snel geschakeld kon worden.

After the valuation has been made, we have, in consultation, set out a strategy to sell the property for a good price without leaving it in the market for a long time. The pros and cons were discussed and adjusted at the right times. All in all, a very pleasant and personal approach that made it possible to switch quickly.
