I am a very fussy client and they not only put up with me in general, they did not stop until I was completely satisfied with my colour! They even went to the extent of creating a new formula of hair dye to cover up my old colour and get the perfect shade I wanted whilst still keeping my hair healthy thanks to Olaplex. Their main concern is to make you happy without compromising your healthy mane. The massage chair was a plus!
Great customer service, super team and great fun chatting with the girls. Thank you so much Barbara, Emi, Myrthe and all the team at Hizi!!!! You have a very happy client!!!
