★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible. I went here for prom, being nearly 18, they didn't listen to what i wanted at all. I showed them a reference picture, and they then did the complete opposite of it. I wanted my hair to be to my midback, curled and brown. They proceeded to only listen to my parent and put red due in my hair, cutting it to jaw length, in a BOB before curling it after i told them i wanted that. Then proceeded to charge more than what we asked for them to do(and paid upfront!!) All they have ate old people coming in. Not a single one knows how to do any other styles than short or boring ones.
