★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afspraak gemaakt, bevestiging van de afspraak via de mail en sms ontvangen, zelfs nog een herinnering gekregen! En dan sta je voor een dichte deur... Geen sms, mail of telefoontje ontvangen dat de afspraak niet door kon gaan. Ik vind dat ONFATSOENLIJK.
