★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet klantvriendelijk. Ik werd geknipt door iemand die alleen maar aangaf dat mijn haar dood was en dat ik recht moest zitten. Het leek net of ze net van de kappersschool af was. Ze spoot mijn haar veelste nat en ze trok ontzettend aan mijn haar. Geen praatje, geen koffie en heel onvriendelijk. Er hing de hele tijd een stilte. Toen ik we wegkwam leek ik op een opgeblazen poedel. Ze smeerde ongevraagd olie in m'n haar wat heel erg stinkt. Ze zijn goedkoop, maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd. Ze hebben meer aandacht voor elkaar dan voor de klant.
Not customer friendly. I got a haircut by someone who just told me that my hair was dead and that I had to sit up straight. She looked like she had just graduated from hairdressing school. She sprayed my hair a lot and she tugged at my hair a lot. No chat, no coffee and very unfriendly. There was silence the whole time. When I left we looked like a bloated poodle. She put unsolicited oil in my hair which smells very bad. They are cheap, but that's about all. They pay more attention to each other than to the customer.
