★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The master of this salon made me one of the worst haircuts in my life. The inventory is all dirty, the masters work not for quality, but for speed. Although, this salon is positioned as cheap one, but this does not mean that the quality of the haircuts should be so low

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend this hairdresser to everyone! I've been coming here for the past seven years and so far I have not been let down!
Most importantly they do exactly what you ask for, they are quick, and it only costs €11,50 to cut your hair.
Last week, for the first time ever, I wasn't happy about how my hair was cut. I called about it and could have it redone for free. The same lady did my hair again and now it looks amazing! She said she is happy I went back.
So far I recommended Scissors to four other people. They now all go to Scissors every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend of mine went here and was treated horridly. They didn't cut the hair straight or equal. The fringe is done horribly and the staff was rude. They didn't speak English and the hairdresser was rude during the haircut as well
All in all, a bad experience. I know their prices are low but come on..
