★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op de website “wij werken met en zonder afspraak”. Ik kom binnen: “goedemorgen”, ik zie 2 wachtende voor me, ik neem plaats en wacht op mijn beurt. Ruim 20 minuten later komt de kapster naam mij toe en vraagt: “had u een afspraak of wilt u nu geknipt worden?”. “Ik zou graag nu geknipt willen worden” antwoord ik. Waarop de kapster antwoord: “we hebben nu geen tijd” ?. Kan gebeuren, maar laat me dan niet 20 minuten wachten. Waardeloze communicatie! Mij zien ze niet meer terug..
On the website "we work with and without an appointment". I come in: "good morning", I see 2 waiting, I take a seat and wait for my turn. More than 20 minutes later the hairdresser's name comes to me and asks: "Did you have an appointment or do you want to be cut now?" "I would like to be cut now," I reply. To which the hairdresser answers: "we have no time now". Can happen, but don't let me wait 20 minutes. Worthless communication! They won't see me again ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man foto meegegeven om als voorbeeld te dienen voor het kapsel van onze tienerzoon, maar het resultaat is totaal anders. We hebben expres gezocht op kapsels die goed werken bij dik haar, maar zoon kwam thuis met kort opgeschoren haar aan de zijkanten. Ik hoop dat het snel aangroeit, want dit kapsel staat hem echt van geen meter!
Man's photo provided to serve as an example for our teenage son's haircut, but the result is completely different. We purposely searched for hairstyles that work well on thick hair, but son came home with hair shaved short on the sides. I hope it grows back soon, because this haircut really doesn't suit him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like to give bad reviews, only in cases that really deserve it. I was very unconfirmed with the makeup they did to me, it didn't look professional at all and it didn't last long. It's clear that the person who did it does not have the necessary experience to provide this service. The idea of paying for makeup is to have a professional result but for the makeup I received, I would have done much better at home (which I did).
Just to give an idea, she asked me if I wanted to use foundation or not, if I wanted to use mascara or not, which lipstick color I wanted and so on, when a Makeup Artist is supposed to know what products to apply and how to do it.
I went to this hairdresser without reference, just looking at the photos on the web site, which was a mistake. I have no idea how this hairdresser is with other services, what I am clear is that for makeup is not worth it.
