★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kwaliteit van knippen is goed. Helaas is de prijsstelling misleidend. Op de site staat dat knippen € 20,- kost. Bij het afrekenen tellen ze er vrolijk € 5,- bij op voor het wassen van je haar. Dit wassen had ik niet gevraagd en was (ten tijde van mijn afspraak) niet wettelijk verplicht; desgevraagd geven ze aan dat dit vanaf de corona bij hun voortaan 'standaard' is. Allemaal prima, maar communiceer dit even heel duidelijk.
Quality of cut is good. Unfortunately the pricing is misleading. The site states that cutting costs € 20,-. At the checkout they cheerfully add € 5,- for washing your hair. I had not requested this washing and was not required by law (at the time of my appointment); when asked, they indicate that from now on this is 'standard' for them. All fine, but communicate this very clearly.
