★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duurde veel en veel te lang, kapper dronk bier terwijl hij mij knipte. Liep vaak weg heb in totaal 2 uur gewacht en voor 20 euro hebben ze m'n haar niet eens geföhnd. Terwijl dit bij de prijs inbegrepen zat. Belachelijk.
Lasted way too long, hairdresser drank beer while he cut me. Often walked away waited a total of 2 hours and for 20 euros they didn't even blow dry my hair. While this was included in the price. Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This barbershop is the worst place to get a haircut in Rotterdam and perhaps in all of the Netherlands. They have no respect for customer’s time and engage in high degree nepotism. I booked a haircut appointment for 3:30pm today and when I got there, they didn’t have space for me and told me to wait. After the 30 minutes, a barber was free and I was next in line but he told me he could not cut my hair because he was not the one who picked my call just so he could attend to a returning customer who just came in. I waited another 30 minutes for the guy who picked my call. When it was my turn again, he sidelined and attended to someone who just came in. I left in a fit of anger. I wonder if they show the same disregard for professionalism in maintaining their barber tools. In summary, the barbershop is poorly managed and a complete disgrace.
