★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to go here often because I would always get a great haircut here. But the last few times I went here, I noticed the quality is dropping to an unacceptable level. The haircuts are hastily done with a bothersome lack of attention. I wonder if there's a target for the employees because they never take longer than twenty minutes anymore and skip giving advice. When I got bangs here a while ago, it even seemed like the hairdresser felt slightly sorry for me after cutting my hair... But that's the only sign I've seen in a while of a hairdresser at Kapsoones actually caring about my hair.
Kapsoones is cheap, but I found hairdresser that's even cheaper and pays attention to what she's doing, so I won't go to Kapsoones anymore.
