Nach telefonischer Terminvergabe sofort dran gekommen und Diagnose gestellt.Spritze , Ohrentropfen für unseren Hund mitgegeben. Es ging ihm am nächsten Tag schon viel besser. L	Lus Kentyre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren zu den Öffnungszeiten wegen einem Notfall dort, Praxisschild am Haus, Tür war offen und so haben wir das Haus betreten. Da kam die Tierärztin wutentbrannt auf uns zu und hat uns auf unverschämte Art gefragt, wie wir auf die Idee kämen einfach hereinzukommen, man habe vorher anzurufen. Wir haben uns freundlich entschuldigt und erklärt, dass es in Deutschland anders ist, aber sie blieb unverschämt. Wollte uns nicht helfen und gesagt wir sollten nach Middelburg. Wir hatten zum Glück in Internet eine andere Praxis im gleichen Ort gefunden, die uns sehr nett und hilfreich weitergeholfen hat. Ein echtes no-go sich so aufzuführen, einem Tier im Notfall (mögliche Vergiftung) nicht zu helfen und dann nichtmal von sich aus auf die nächstgelegene Praxis hinzuweisen. Ook niet na castratie, enting en chip.Karin is vriendelijk, prijs is duidelijk, geen verrassingen . Doesn't feel like a clinical environment, but it does feel hygienic and homely. Sky wasn't stressed for a moment! Not even after castration, vaccination and chip. Karin is friendly, price is clear, no surprises.
