โ โ โ โ โ Jammer dat ik vandaag (03-03-2019) een bestelling hebt gedaan via jullie site. En via een bevestigingsmail krijg ik te zien dat de bestelling is aangekomen. Na 45min te hebben gewacht wat normaal gesproken heel snel wordt bezorgd bel ik op om te vragen waar de bestelling is gebleven. En via de telefoon te horen van de bestelling moet nog gemaakt worden terwijl op de mail aangeeft dat de bestelling onderweg zal zijn. Dit als vaste klant zeer teleurgesteld. Is ook de laatste keer dat ik een bestelling maakt. Jammer dat ook niet wordt gebeld van dat het druk is. Alleen via de telefoon dat ik zelf hebt gebeld dat het hun spijt en excus aanbood. Maar zonder eten hebbik niks aan als excuus.

Helaas vandaag (24-08) opnieuw een bestelling geplaatst. Het heeft bijna 2 uur geduurt voordat ik de bestelling binnen kreeg. Zielig voor woorden. Enigste excuus was dat het zeer druk was. Ik dacht na een poosje weer te proberen. Maar helaas. Niet aan te bevelen, tenzij je 2 uur wilt wachten op je eten.
It is a shame that I have placed an order through your site today (03-03-2019). And through a confirmation email I get to see that the order has arrived. After waiting 45 minutes, which is normally delivered very quickly, I call to ask where the order has gone. And to hear the order over the phone has yet to be made while the email indicates that the order will be on its way. This as a regular customer very disappointed. Is also the last time I make an order. It is a pity that it is not called that it is busy. Only on the phone that I called myself that it offered their regrets and apologies. But without food, nothing is an excuse.

Unfortunately an order was placed again today (24-08). It took almost 2 hours before I received the order. Pathetic for words. Only excuse was that it was very busy. I thought I'd try again after a while. But unfortunately. Not recommended unless you want to wait 2 hours for your food.

โ โ โ โ โ Het is best lekker, niet een wow gevoel er aan overgehouden. Van bestellen tot afleveren duurde anderhalf uur en het eten was lauw.
Dus helaas voor ons geen 2e x meer.
It's quite tasty, not a wow feeling. It took an hour and a half from ordering to delivery and the food was lukewarm.
So unfortunately no more for us.
