β β β β β A little bit outdated, but i always try to get a place in this parking. They have toilets, an elevator and it is on the edge of the centre.
It's a bit hard for station cars to take the narrow turns and park.

β β β β β This five floor parking is very close to the center of Alkmaar. The lay-out is somewhat confusing with mandatory driving lanes at the left side. The parking spaces are small and slanted, so use your parking brake. The main exit and elevator are clean, the other exits and stairwells are dirty and reek of stale urine.

β β β β β Have used this car park recently (April 2019) but my word, the parking spots are extremely tight, no joke about it! I consider myself to be quite an experienced driver with lots of miles under my belt but I tell you honestly, I did struggle to park here. I mean you need to be skilled enough to be able to park within millimeters from the other cars or youβll risk scratching or damaging your car. If you happen to drive an estate/break/wagon type of car I would amicably suggest you to avoid this car park or you will have a hard time parking here. I drive a hatchback car I did find it difficult to park. Itβs ok if you drive a smaller city-car type of vehicle. On the upside yes, it is very close to the city center within perhaps less than 5 min. walking distance. Enjoy Holland, Alkmaar and the absolutely fantastic Dutch cheese they were selling at the festival!

β β β β β Good central space for parking in Alkmaar. The space is not very big and there are some very tight corners. It also is not very cheap. I think it is one of the most expensive ones in Alkmaar, but it is very close to the city center. It is a 2-5 minute walk, depending on your speed of course.

β β β β β Worst parking experience I've ever had. If you can don't go there! There could be warning that regular size car will have problem to drolkve beetwen floors and I don't mean driving skills, really. Plastic wraps around columns are there for a reason. Parking place are soo tiny that we spent almost 30 min to drive up and park. Extremely small sizes even as for NL standards. And this info on ground floor about being aligned with European standards and about some award is some kind of joke I guess. Never ever again! And I never thought I will rank parking, believe me!

β β β β β Excellent parking garage for bicycles, skateboards and small mopeds. People with cars, not toy cars but cars for actual adult humans, should avoid this monstrosity.

β β β β β It is a parking garage in Alkamaar. First of all, the parking is very cramped and you will have to be really watchful near the bends. The bends are very narrow and so are the parking spots. Parking charges are not exorbitant. I faced issues with the paying machines as only one was working. So after 3-4 attempts I was able to pay.
