 Good store normally but now with pickup and corona really worthless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minimaal bestelbedrag tijdens lockdown is niet heel klantgericht. Spullen liggen daarentegen wel snel klaar.
Minimum order amount during lockdown is not very customer-oriented. Stuff, on the other hand, is ready quickly.

Tijdens mijn bezoek aan de winkel merk ik enorm de onvriendelijk sfeer die er hangt.
Als je door de gangen loopt hoor je soms ook collega onderling onvriendelijk tegen elkaar doen.
Er is een post.nl punt waar de medewerkers niet blij mee zijn en men ziet en hoort dat deze klanten als laatsten geholpen worden naar al lang gewacht te hebben
Tja medewerkers zeggen hiervoor hebben wij niet gekozen net zo min als dat pin automaat die er staat waar telkens vragen over zijn.
Klanten van die automaat worden extreem onvriendelijk behandeld zelf waar de manager bij is die denkt er namelijk tevens het zelfde over.
Ik vind het enorm jammer dat wij klanten de dupe hiervan zijn.
Continue gaat de telefoon over niemand van het personeel neemt op ondanks er amper klanten zijn..vreemd.
Ik dacht ik neem de moeite om dit te delen met een anoniem account aangezien ik niet weet hoe men hier op reageerde.
Beste klanten ze doen ook onvriendelijk naar elkaar dus trek het je niet persoonlijk aan.

The phone rings continuously no one of the staff picks up despite there being hardly any customers...strange.
I thought I'd take the trouble to share this with an anonymous account as I don't know how people reacted to this.
Dear customers, they are also unfriendly to each other so don't take it personally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samen met een andere klant erg lang bij de service balie moeten wachten. De medewerker was voorin de winkel bezig en keek niet om naar de balie. Terwijl ze net mij bezig was ging ze tussendoor een artikelnummer in opzoeken voor de kassa medewerker. Vond ik niet zo netjes. Bij de kassa was het erg druk en er werdt geen hulp ingeschakeld, volgens haar collega moest de kassa medewerker dit zelf maar oplossen.
Had to wait a long time at the service counter together with another customer. The employee was busy in the front of the store and did not look back at the counter. While she was just working on me, she went in between looking up an article number for the cashier. I don't think so neat. It was very busy at the checkout and no help was called in. According to her colleague, the checkout employee had to solve this himself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik was opzoek, werd van kastje naar de muur gestuurd. (Gangpad 3 misschien gangpad 6?) Helaas liep er niemand even mee. Uiteindelijk met een afbeelding op mijn telefoon naar een andere medewerker gelopen. Die was blijkbaar in gesprek via haar oortje en reageerde niet op mij. Nadat ze klaar was en ik de afbeelding liet zien pakte ze mijn telefoon uit mijn handen en scrolde naar beneden. Ze gaf iets wat geïrriteerd aan dat daar toch staat dat het hier niet op voorraad is. Toen gaf ik aan dat ik niet specifiek dit artikel zocht maar wel zoiets. Nee het was er niet was haar antwoord.
I was looking, was sent from pillar to post. (Aisle 3 maybe aisle 6?) Unfortunately no one walked along for a while. Ended up walking to another employee with an image on my phone. Apparently she was talking through her earpiece and did not respond to me. After she finished and I showed the picture she took my phone out of my hands and scrolled down. She gave something annoyed that it says there that it is not in stock here. Then I indicated that I was not specifically looking for this article, but something like that. No it wasn't there was her answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sommig personeel is erg onaardig. Aan de kassa nog onnodige betweterige opmerkingen maken op een vraag die ik had gesteld (en iets niet mogelijk bleek).
Achterin de winkel was ik niet onaardig te woord gestaan maar het gebrek aan motivatie was voelbaar, ook dommige houding, niet professioneel, zoals praten over pauzes met collega, terwijl een klant staat te wachten. Ik mis daar enkel vriendelijke mensen die er een klein jaar geleden nog waren. De sfeer is daar niet goed vrees ik. Jammer, ik ga er nu niet meer standaard heen.
Some staff are very unkind. Making unnecessary knowlegeable comments at the checkout on a question I had asked (and something turned out to be impossible).
At the back of the store I had not been treated unkindly but the lack of motivation was palpable, also a stupid attitude, not professional, such as talking about breaks with a colleague while a customer is waiting. I only miss friendly people there who were there a little over a year ago. I'm afraid the atmosphere is not good there. Too bad I don't go there anymore.
