★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruime bouwmarkt met grote parkeerplaats. Het is er netjes en rustig. Maar wat ik steeds meer zie is dat ze makkelijke veel vekrochte producten hebben, gen specialistische of wat minder voor de hand liggende producten. 10 jaar geleden werkte er nog erg kundig personeel met verstand van materiaal en gereedschap. Nu werken er steeds meer onkundige mensen. Op vragen hebben ze geen antwoord en kunnen producten niet zomaar aanwijzen of noemen, telkens is er een computer nodig. Zo ook vandaag waar ik een redelijk ongenuanceerd antwoord kreeg waar mij eigenlijk gewoon gezegd werd dat ze het niet in hun assortiment gingen opnemen waar het toch een cruciaal element is voor het product dat ik bij hen kocht.
Ik rij inmiddels liever verder of naar de kleinere Gort in Lemmer waar kunde en vakmanschap nog hoog in het vaandel staan.
Spacious hardware store with large parking space. It is neat and quiet. But what I see more and more is that they easily have a lot of sophisticated products, not specialized or less obvious products. 10 years ago there were still very skilled staff with an understanding of materials and tools. Now more and more ignorant people are working. They have no answers to questions and cannot simply point to or name products, each time a computer is needed. Also today where I got a fairly indiscriminate answer where I was actually just told that they were not going to include it in their range, where it is a crucial element for the product I bought from them.
I now prefer to drive further or to the smaller Gort in Lemmer, where skill and craftsmanship are still highly valued.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet erg behulpzaam. Wel in de zin dat ze bereidwillig zijn te helpen, maar luisteren niet in de zin dat ze überhaupt proberen om je te begrijpen.
Not very helpful. In the sense that they are willing to help, but not listening in the sense that they try to understand you at all.
