P	Pien Schaap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloos notariskantoor. Wachten nu al een jaar (!) op een aangepaste splitsingsakte. Herhaaldelijk gemaild en gebeld wanneer ze gingen leveren, er werden continu lege beloftes gedaan door Christian Neef. Uiteindelijk ook contact gezocht met notaris Kasper, of hij vaart achter de zaak kon zetten, maar ook hij gaf nul op het rekest. Niet aan beginnen dit kantoor. Compleet onbetrouwbaar. Worthless notary office. Have been waiting for a year now (!) For a modified split deed. Repeatedly emailed and called when they were going to deliver, empty promises were made continuously by Christian Neef. Finally contacted notary Kasper, whether he could speed up the case, but he also gave zero on the complaint. Don't start this office. Completely unreliable.

Bleek ondanks de nota van aflossing van de hypotheekverstrekker, niet overgenomen te zijn door de notaris op de nota van afrekening. Door zelf met de vertrekker en de notaris te schakelen uiteindelijk de gelden overgemaakt. Je neemt een notaris in de arm om dit soort (potentieel) dure fouten te voorkomen. Twee sterren omdat wel netjes de dagrente is betaald door het kantoor. A month later we found out that a loan part had not been repaid. Despite the bill of repayment from the mortgage lender, it turned out to have not been taken over by the notary on the bill of settlement. By contacting the departing person and the notary yourself, the money was ultimately transferred. You hire a notary to prevent these kinds of (potentially) expensive mistakes. Two stars because the daily interest has been properly paid by the office.
