★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both owner and master were very kind, friendly and helpful. I took them two bikes with some issues and they fixed not only these, but also other small issues that I didn't know existed. They gave me tips for better taking care of them and offered me tea every-time I've been there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service , i have a bike shop 5 meters away from my house and they refused to sit outside and fix my bakfiets because it’s too cold ( they are just lazy )
On the other hand I contacted Kaspi bike shop and they were super quick to help me out .
Not only they fixed me my wheel , my breaks , my lock , and my ketting last but they also moved extremely quick and and charged me a very decent amount for everything.
Quick and professional right in front of my house ... I can’t ask for anything more .
I give them a 10+++++
I will never go to another bike shop ever again .
