★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY ON THE COMPANY WEBSITE
I bought 2 cabinets from this company, the products are very well-made, but the company’s customer service is very poor, unreliable and not at the standards you would expect for a product at such high prices. They sent me the wrong a product, and because of their mistake, I had a lot of extra costs to pay. The customer service offered to reimburse the assembly cost to acknowledge their mistakes, but the assembly cost was €305, while the reimbursement provided was only €75, 25% of the total. When I asked explanations, they DISAPPEARED! Customer service has no longer answered any of my email, message or call.
The lead time for delivering the correct product was 16 WEEKS (4 MONTHS!) and the delivery of a 90kg product costing €1000+ happens on the road, so then you need to bring it on the floor. None of these conditions are mentioned on their website. I think this is not acceptable! If you want their product, buy them in multi-brand retailers, not on the company website.
