Supersnel, flexibel en zéér behulpzaam bij productie van 20 truien. Drukwerk is van hoge kwaliteit, sweaters zijn bij iedereen een hit. Veel dank!

We hebben hoodies besteld voor onze collega's. De communicatie verliep goed. De hoodies bleken toch iets aan de kleine kant , we hebben heel snel nog een nalevering kunnen regelen met Kasper voor wat grotere maten. Deze zijn op tijd geleverd. Top dus!

Completely unprofessional and overall bad service. I went there the first time, paid 60 EUROS IN ADVANCE for two t-shirts on which i wanted my design to be printed. Two days later I went there again to give them my design: the guy at the till checked it, said it was absolutely fine both in size and design, and saved it on the computer. Then he asked to pay AGAIN because they did not record the previous payment (and yes he was the same guy, and no he was not an 80 y.o. with memory issues). Of course I had the receipt with me and things were settled (but still...). That was on a Saturday. They said the t-shirts would have been ready by Wednesday. Wednesday lunch they call me and said they would have been ready by Friday. On Friday morning someone else sends me an email confirming that I did NOT give them any file. To which I replied and received nothing back. Then I called, yet another person picked up the phone, and they told me that my design was not right for the printing. So they changed it. And then, one and a half hour before I was supposed to collect the t-shirts, they said that the design was too big (I am a visual artist, I might not be a designer but I still know what and where and with which size I can put some writings on a t-shirt). At that point I called firmly saying that I was disappointed, that I would have changed the design, I would have send them the file in the evening, and I wanted the security that they would print it by the end of the next day. Reply: we give you back the money. And put down the phone on me. I called back and they said not to go to their shop, that they would have not apologise for putting down the phone on me and for having made mistakes after mistakes and for not even having had the will to correct them. In summary: deluded people who are get paid a lot of money and they still act like they are giving you a favour even if they keep on making mistakes

I had such a great experience. Top customer service - helpful and friendly. They work with you! I had a question so I emailed them and received a reply within a day! We held communication until all my questions were answered and I came away happy and satisfied. Visited the shop in person and the staff were also very helpful and friendly. I recommend this shop 100%! (Word to the wise: try on the shirt before having them print it. custom shirts cannot be returned or exchanged - which makes sense of course!) Thank you Katoenfabriek!

100% recommended! They have a wide range of cool organic cotton t-shirt styles to choose from. My order was made on very short notice without compromising quality. I'll definitely come back :)

I was in Utrecht for only a few days. Katoen was very helpful in printing a simple design on some tshirts and a sweater. I have had these items for more than a year now and the prints are still as good as the day printed. Fabric is still just as soft. Very high quality products, printing and friendly staff. They helped me with my design and completed printing within a day. absolutely incredible, cannot express enough praise. Thank you!

Beautiful, unique prints that you won't find anywhere else. You can order online or visit the shop, and the shirts are printed in 10 minutes! Friendly service, good quality materials and a really great concept.
