Nach meinem Umzug vom Niederrhein nach Bayern ist unser Kontakt nie abgebrochen, auch wenn uns fast 700 km trennen. Im Herzen sind wir immer zusammen. Umso schöner war es, dass Katrin am 10.10.2020 in Bayern als Trauzeugin bei meiner Hochzeit dabei war. Mit meiner Mutter hatte sie alles organisiert, meine Hochzeit musikalisch zu begleiten. Es war unglaublich schön, bei ihrem Gesang ins Standesamt einzuziehen. Während der Trauung gab es immer wieder Gesangseinlagen von Katrin - und so sehr ich mich auch bemühte, die Tränen zu unterdrücken ging es irgendwann nicht mehr. Bei der deutschen Version des Hits von Bruno Mars "Just the Way you are" konnte ich mich nicht mehr zusammenreißen und die Tränen flossen. Es war ein unglaublich tolles Erlebnis, dass Katrin diesem Tag mit ihrem Gesang das Sahnehäubchen aufgesetzt hat. 1.000 Dank nochmal für diesen unvergesslichen Tag!!!! Ich hab dich lieb <3 Katrin Elsmann is my best friend. We have known each other for almost 30 years. After moving from the Lower Rhine to Bavaria, our contact never broke off, even though we are almost 700 km apart. We are always together in our hearts. It was all the nicer that Katrin was there as a maid of honor at my wedding on October 10th, 2020 in Bavaria. With my mother she had organized everything to accompany my wedding musically. It was incredibly nice to move into the registry office while she was singing. During the wedding there were repeated interludes from Katrin - and no matter how hard I tried to suppress the tears, at some point it was no longer possible. When I saw the German version of the hit by Bruno Mars "Just the Way You Are", I couldn't pull myself together anymore and tears flowed. It was an unbelievably great experience that Katrin put the icing on the cake with her singing. 1,000 thanks again for this unforgettable day !!!! I love you <3
