Mooie kamers met buitenverblijven, prachtige individuele verblijven, en bovenal een goede verzorging en veel aandacht voor de katten. My cat goes to Kattenpension Heuvelland for a few weeks every year. Slightly from the direction from Roermond, but the best service. Beautiful rooms with outdoor accommodation, beautiful individual accommodation, and above all good care and a lot of attention for the cats.
H	Harry Stevens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kattenpension Heuvelland is het vakantie-adres voor onze beide Siamese poezen. Meerdere malen per jaar brengen zij daar een week tot 10-12 dagen door. Dit poezenhotel is een modern bedrijf waar onze beide huisge- noten veilig en hygienisch gedurende onze afwezigheid worden verzorgd. Karen, de eigenaresse, is zeer professioneel en kent haar vaste gasten inmiddels erg goed en biedt zo een voor onze poezen een inmiddels zeer vertrouwde tijdelijke huisvesting. Heel plezierig is dat de poezen ook de mogelijkheid hebben om in een buitenverblijf te vertoeven. Er zijn meerdere mogelijkheden, zowel voor een individuele als een collectieve verzorging. Wij kiezen voor een z.g. VIP-model waarbij de poezen elk een eigen individueel verblijf hebben en dat bevalt goed. Omdat het Siamezen zijn, nemen wij steevast ons eigen voer mee (brokjes en zakjes). Karen let er goed op dat voor elke poes een paspoort wordt meegebracht en dat de benodigde inentingen hebben plaats gehad. Er is ook een qarantaine-afdeling. Zij hanteert goede duidelijke afspraken, spelregels als ook heel acceptabele tarieven. De betaling gaat via duidelijke facturen. Wij zijn erg blij dat wij zo'n goed adres in onze omgeving hebben en kunnen dit Kattenpension Heuvelland van harte aanbevelen. Kattenpension Heuvelland is the holiday address for both of our Siamese cats. Several times a year they spend a week there for 10-12 days. This cat hotel is a modern company where both our housemates are cared for safely and hygienically during our absence. Karen, the owner, is very professional and knows her regular guests very well and in this way offers a very familiar temporary accommodation for our cats. It is very pleasant that the cats also have the opportunity to stay in a country house. There are several options, both for individual and collective care. We opt for a so-called VIP model where the cats each have their own individual stay and that works out well. Because they are Siamese, we always bring our own food (kibbles and bags). Karen makes sure that every cat is brought a passport and that the necessary vaccinations have taken place. There is also a qarantine department. She uses good clear agreements, rules and also very acceptable rates. The payment goes through clear invoices. We are very happy that we have such a good address in our area and can heartily recommend this Kattenpension Heuvelland.
