Nul medewerking, tijdens discussie zelfs de hoorn erop gooien en aanmaningen sturen. Nooit meer dat ik er maar over denk daar een kat onder te brengen. Zo te zien is het anderen ook overkomen als ik de reviews lees. Jammer want de eerste indruk was positief. Gaat kennelijk toch enkel om geld bij deze mensen. En dat kan natuurlijk als je een bedrijf bent, de schoorsteen moet roken, maar je verwacht ook menselijkheid en begrip in deze bijzondere situatie. Helaas is die er niet. No money back after cancellation despite exceptional situation in early covid situation. Zero cooperation, even throwing the receiver down during discussion and sending reminders. Never again that I think about bringing a cat there. Looks like it happened to others too when I read the reviews. A pity because the first impression was positive. Apparently it only concerns money with these people. And that is of course possible if you are a company, have to smoke the chimney, but you also expect humanity and understanding in this special situation. Unfortunately there is none.

De katten komen na de logeerpartij zonder stress weer thuis. Ook onze kat die door een trauma moeilijk hanteerbaar was, is door hen met zorg en nodige aandacht goed opgevangen. Wat ons betreft een 5-sterren kattenhotel. Our cats have enjoyed staying at the Stadse Dijk cat pension during our holidays for years. The care is very professional and loving !! The cats return home without stress after the sleepover. Our cat, which was difficult to handle due to trauma, was also taken care of with care and necessary attention. Ook als je een poes/kat hebt met medische problemen word je lieveling met de grootste zorg en aandacht verzorgd. Aan alles is gedacht, schone goed geventileerde ruime individuele en groepsverblijven met als keuze ook een mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van een buitenren. De locatie straalt rust uit wat erg belangrijk is voor onze poes. Dit voorkomt stress voor de poes en voor ons. Ook tijdens de corona tijd met alle annuleringen hebben ze alles ontzettend sociaal geregeld zodat niemand gedupeerd werd bij een evt. volgende boeking. Kortom: een topadres voor iedere kat/poes als je echt zeker wil weten dat je lieveling met ge grootste zorg wordt vertroeteld! Geweldig!! Bedankt! F	Frank Savage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een uitzonderlijk schoon (hygiënisch) en mooi kattenpension; alles ruikt even fris en ziet er zeer verzorgd uit. Katten blijven doorgaans liever thuis, maar hier worden zij prima verzorgd in verblijven met toegang tot een (afzonderlijk) afgeschermde buitenruimte. Wij komen bij de Stadsedijk sinds 2015, soms met zes katten tegelijk, en alles is altijd prima verlopen. Dit jaar werd, na ongeveer een week, één van onze katten vrij ziek (met een opspelende chronische kwaal). De kat is door een dierenarts adequaat behandeld en, wat vrij bijzonder is, wij kregen geen extra rekening voor de behandeling gepresenteerd. De kosten werden betaald door hun “calamiteitenfonds”, waarvan ik niet eens op de hoogte was. De communicatie m.b.t. de huidige Corona crisis had wellicht iets beter gekund, maar dit is wel een heel uitzonderlijke situatie en er valt altijd wel iets te verbeteren. Ik zou dit pension bij iedereen aanbevelen. An exceptionally clean (hygienic) and beautiful cat boarding house; everything smells fresh and looks very neat. Cats generally prefer to stay at home, but here they are well cared for in enclosures with access to a (separately) screened outdoor area. We have been coming to the Stadsedijk since 2015, sometimes with six cats at the same time, and everything always went well. This year, after about a week, one of our cats became quite sick (with an ongoing chronic ailment). The cat was treated adequately by a veterinarian and, which is quite special, we were not presented an extra bill for the treatment. The costs were paid by their "calamity fund", which I was not even aware of. Communication with regard to the current Corona crisis could have been a little better, but this is a very exceptional situation and there is always something to improve. I would recommend this guest house to everyone.

Ze wisten precies hoe ze met Barlow onze kleinkat ( Blauwe rus ) om moesten gaan.Hij had namelijk een traumatische ervaring opgedaan in een ander pension.Eerst willen ze veel info over hoe Barlow van karakter is daarna moet je het overlaten aan hun.. Het voelde gelijk goed, schoon en ruim verblijf Halverwege het verblijf wilde we wat foto’s van hoe het ging. Dat stelde ons enorm gerust.Bij het ophalen zag ik op een afstand hoe leuk,lief en professioneel ze met hem omgingen. Vervolgens een relaxte Barlow terug thuis afgezet bij onze dochter en schoonzoon. 5 sterren pension Groetjes Conny What a 5 star guest house? They knew exactly how to deal with Barlow our grand cat (Russian Blue). He had had a traumatic experience in another boarding house. First they want a lot of information about Barlow's character, then you have to leave it to their.. It felt right right away, clean and spacious stay Half way through the stay we wanted some pictures of how it was going. That reassured us greatly. When I picked him up, I saw from a distance how nice, sweet and professional they dealt with him. Then a relaxed Barlow dropped off back at home with our daughter and son-in-law. 5 star guest house Greetings Conny

Toen we hem ophaalden kregen we nog een goodie-bag met een aantal handige/leuke dingetjes. Volgende keer brengen we hem hier weer naartoe! Our cat has been to this (an) animal boarding house for the first time. He was well looked after, and everything inside looked neat. When we picked it up, we got a goodie bag with a number of handy/fun things. Next time we will bring him here again!

Trip cancelled, pension was properly cancelled but the owners harassed us and threatened us when we refused to pay the invoice. We paid the invoice to get some peace but We are fighting this in in court now. I strongly doubt they are treating your animals any differently. I will never trust my animals to them!
