 Good thing helpful people they have quite a lot. And they also make and repair clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze leveren geen kwaliteit op. Een naad werd gemaakt op afstand 1,5 cm en andere op afstand 2,5 cm. Dat is helemaal niet symmetrisch. En mevrouw zei dat als ik wil betere kwaliteit werk dan moet ik meer betalen. Heb nooit zoiets meegemaakt! Echt belachelijk!
They do not deliver quality. One seam was made at a distance of 1.5 cm and another at a distance of 2.5 cm. That is not symmetrical at all. And madam said if I want better quality work then I have to pay more. Never experienced anything like it! Really ridiculous!

- Voor kleine reparaties (zoals knoop die van een jas kapot is) staan ze ook open en vragen ze een minimumbedrag
- Snelle reparaties
- Goed bereikbaar (In de Bogaard), met auto, tram, bus
- Leuke winkel met veel kleuren en materiaal voor kleding/naaien/breien en echte creatievelingen
- Niet volledig rolstoelvriendelijk (parking en gangen)
- Een aanrader als je iets van je kleding moet (laten) (ver)maken
- Staff that you like to speak to and help
- For small repairs (such as a button that is broken from a jacket) they are also open and charge a minimum amount
- Fast repairs
- Easily accessible (In de Bogaard), by car, tram, bus
- Nice shop with many colors and materials for clothing / sewing / knitting and real creatives
- Not completely wheelchair friendly (parking and hallways)
- Highly recommended if you have to make or have something made of your clothes

The shop is a GLS Service Point. I went there this week with a huge package and they informed me they can not send my package as they are out of stickers. Yes that can happen but the way that they have been sending me away was unprofessional and rude. I asked them if they can tell me where I can find another GLS store. - they did not want to help me, send me out and said check the internet yourself. I will never ever set a foot in this store again. Advise - make sure you have enough sticker available and if you do not have them. Help your customer to find another GLS point and call them if they do have sticker and advise your customer. Very bad service. Never will I set a foot in that store again.
