★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sushi niet lekker, droge rijst en vis niet vers. Een compliment aan Kazoku voor hun inspanningen om de klacht op te lossen. Sushi is echter delicaat voedsel dat een goede hygiëne en versheid vereist. Als je eenmaal sushi hebt gehad die niet vers en goed bereid is, bestel je het niet snel opnieuw.
 Sushi not tasty, dry rice and fish not fresh. Kudos to Kazoku for their efforts to resolve the complaint. However, sushi is a delicate food that requires good hygiene and freshness. Once you've had sushi that isn't fresh and well prepared, you're not going to reorder it anytime soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik wacht al meer dan 110 minuten op mijn eten. Ik heb twee keer gebeld en ze verzinnen tijden en zeggen "ja, ze zijn er over tien minuten". Vreselijk. Na twee telefoontjes stopte het restaurant met het beantwoorden van meer oproepen. Gyoza was koud en sushi was slecht verpakt.
I've been waiting for my food for over 110 minutes. I called twice and they make up times and say "yes, they'll be there in ten minutes". Horrible. After two phone calls, the restaurant stopped answering more calls. Gyoza was cold and sushi was poorly packaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a order a 5:30 ... booking the deliveries for 7-7:30 ...at 8 I didn't receive any box. I called the restaurant.. was necessary try 5 times before someone reply...telling me to wit 30 minutes...at 9 no one was delivering my order. No one reply anymore to the phone. Close the place if you are not able to give a service and take care of the customer. Pagliacci!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very new in Haarlem. I tried it once. Excellent value for money to say the least. Everything tastes very fresh and the prices are reasonable.
Happy to have a good sushi takeout place near Haarlem Station.
