★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twee bezichtigingen gedaan via KBA Makelaardij. Uiteindelijk voor een andere woning gekozen maar prettig contact gehad, ervaren makelaar, goed bereikbaar en nam echt de tijd voor ons.
Two viewings done through KBA Brokerage. Eventually opted for another property but had nice contact, experienced real estate agent, easily accessible and really took the time for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxatie nieuwe woning laten doen door KBA. Jurrian nam op voorhand telefonisch al de tijd om een en ander uit te leggen. Dacht mee over een positieve uitkomst. Is heel het huis af gegaan tijdens de taxatie. Heeft duidelijk verstand van zaken. Nam nog de tijd om tips te geven daarna omtrent verbouwing.
En taxatie is hoog uitgevallen zoals wij wilden.
En daarna door eigen fout weer contact op moeten nemen met hen, dan is Jurrian ook snel in handelen en meedenken.
Echt top service, zeker je taxatie door hen laten doen!!!
Have KBA assess the value of a new home. Jurrian took all the time beforehand to explain everything by telephone. Thought along about a positive outcome. Has gone all the way during the valuation. Has a clear understanding of the facts. Took the time to give tips afterwards about renovation.
And valuation turned out high as we wanted.
And then having to contact them again due to personal error, then Jurrian is also quick to act and think along.
Really top service, certainly have them do your appraisal !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not pick up their phone, when they call you back they stop the conversation quickly because they are in a viewing and promise to call back but do not do it. Finally when you manage to speak to them after calling 15 times, they say you cannot view the house because they are full.
Terrible service, they know they dont have to help you because the housing market is busy so the house will get sold anyway
