★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prefer the donor company's kapsalon. The kapsalon of kebab point was dry, lacked taste and had a particular smell to it. Their crunchy burger was just average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to eat!!! They don't wear gloves, they touch the food and salad with their hands after they've been smoking or touching their noses, delivery was awful. Once they gave me the wrong order and with the garlic sauce licking and when I call to tell them there was a pendejo who told me "no english f*ck off". Very bad service!!! I will never go again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered at Kebab point, telling me the order will be delivered in about 29 min. The order arrived after 1 hour and 4 minutes. I am sorry to say but is last time when I order here. Food is good, 5 stars for food. And if I could give 0 stars for delivery I would do it. :((

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mistakenly thought we were restricted to our hotel after 10pm, so I ordered delivery even though the restaurant is practically around the corner. Delivery was, not surprisingly, very fast. Döner is one of my favorite foods, but I've never tried a kapsalon before. I have to admit I thought they sent me the wrong thing when I opened it, because it looked like a lasagna. Now that's the amount of cheese I like to see! The meal was a little difficult to eat in the hotel simply because the containers were stuffed full of food. One container had the fries, meat and cheese; another the salad; and the last had the sauce. I wound up digging a hole in the fries container to let me add some of the sauce and salad. Since I didn't know how big the kebab would be, I also ordered some chicken strips. They wound up being my breakfast the next day, and they were delicious even cold! Overall the meal was delicious, and I'm keeping Kebab Point on my list for future visits!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was waiting 2 hours for delivery to arrive! 2 hours!!! Even in the busiest times, 2 hours is not acceptable when they indicate it would take 30mins. Delivery man was not friendly, and didn't even try to say sorry for this long timing. I understand it is not his fault but he works for this company, so it is kind of the same.
The food was basic as well. Fries in kapsalon was not fresh, tasted like second day's fries. Meat, salad and sauce proportions in kebab was really bad as well, it felt like I was eating meat and wrap only. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really loved it. It was a championship meal as I lost the game to my younger brother. However he found the taste strong but I fully enjoyed it. The portion was big and it was freshly made. The fries taste was good and salad was amazing. I would definitely try again.
