In tijden waarbij huizen als warme broodjes over de toonbank vliegen en binnen twee weken de woningen doorgaans worden verkocht, was ons huis een ander verhaal. Toch zijn wij tot het einde goed geholpen. We zijn telkens tijdig geïnformeerd. Soms hadden wij zelfs meermaals contact per dag. En was het kantoor altijd vriendelijk en professioneel. Wij hebben nooit het gevoel gehad teveel te zijn. Wij zijn erg blij geweest met het hele team dat gevoelsmatig zowat fulltime voor ons aan t werk was! In times when houses are selling like hot cakes and the houses are usually sold within two weeks, our house was a different story. Nevertheless, we were well helped until the end. We are always informed in good time. Sometimes we even had contact several times a day. And the office was always friendly and professional. We have never had the feeling of being too much. He understood our requirements and took great care to explain the whole home buying process to us. She got a bad attitude from this realtor because she showed up there with our 3.5 year old son because she had no where else to leave him. Than after some none sense realtor ended the viewing by saying lets skip this one. Like referring to a puppy in shelter or something. My son kept asking me "Why was that person was so mean to mom". I told him that it was just a bad person. I hope it was not some form of discrimination.

I told her I don't have anyone or anywhere to leave my child with. She told me that's not her problem.She is talking about covid rules and not wearing mask herself. When I ask her why she is not wearing mask, she told that's her problem. She is so disrespecful and I felt discriminated! Not recommending this agent!
