★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called to try to make an appointment, but spoke to a very unfriendly gentleman. I don't know who this business has operating the phones, but all I got was a "hello?" Instead of the name of the company, when I said my name the response was "Who?" And when I asked if I could make an appointment for the 25th, I got "short hair, long hair?" When I said I didn't like the tone of the conversation and should probably look into other hair salons, the person just hung up the phone. If this is how you're running your salon, I'm not sure how you got the other 5 star reviews.. It's a no from me.
