B	Bo Forums on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dezelfde avond nadat ik een trui bij Kelly New Basic had gekocht en op een feestje stond werd ik door iemand erop gewezen dat er in mijn nieuwe trui een gat zat onder mijn oksel. De volgende werkdag netjes gebeld waarna de verkoper zei dat ik kon terugkomen. Vandaag teruggegaan met de inmiddels gewassen trui en tot mijn grote verbazing werd mijn verhaal in twijfel genomen. De eigenaresse zei dat ze het onwaarschijnlijk vond dat de trui met een gat de deur uitgegaan was en hoe het mogelijk was dat ik dit niet had gemerkt tijdens het passen. Dit terwijl het gat onder de oksel zat. Uiteindelijk mijn geld teruggekregen maar wel met de opmerking dat ik ‘voortaan mijn kleding moest controleren als ik de deur uitliep’. Ook zei ze ‘ik heb niets meer aan deze trui’. Eigenaresse heeft blijkbaar geen verstand van hoe ze met haar klant moet omgaan: de klant, die al jaren klant is, in twijfel nemen en de verantwoordelijkheden van de winkel zelf bij de klant neerleggen. Toen ik vertelde dat ik maar twee uur op het feestje was kreeg ik ook nog de opmerking ‘dan was dat wel een kort feestje’. Wat een nare nasmaak heb ik van deze winkel waar ik al jaren kom. Verkopers zelf wel altijd heel vriendelijk, professioneel en behulpzaam. Bij de eigenaresse ontbreekt blijkbaar wel enig inzicht: het geld teruggeven en vervolgens nog wel in discussie gaan en ongepaste opmerkingen maken – wat resulteert in een klant minder. Mijn initiële verwachting was om mijn geld of een ander exemplaar terug te krijgen en daarnaast ook excuses; moest tenslotte weer terug naar de stad. Dit zat er helaas niet in bij Kelly Fashion / Kelly New Basic in Hoorn. The same night after I bought a sweater at Kelly New Basic and was at a party, someone pointed out that my new sweater had a hole under my armpit. Called the next working day and the seller said I could come back. Today I went back with the now-washed sweater and to my surprise my story was questioned. The owner said she thought it was unlikely that the sweater with a hole had left the door and how it was possible that I hadn't noticed while trying it on. This while the hole was under the armpit. In the end I got my money back, but with the comment that I "had to check my clothes when I walked out the door from now on". She also said "This sweater is no use to me". The owner apparently has no understanding of how to deal with her customer: questioning the customer, who has been a customer for years, and putting the responsibilities of the store on the customer herself. When I told them I was only at the party for two hours, I also got the comment "that was a short party". What a nasty aftertaste I have from this store that I have been coming to for years. Sellers themselves are always very friendly, professional and helpful. Apparently the owner lacks some insight: give the money back and then go into discussion and make inappropriate comments - which results in one less customer. My initial expectation was to get my money back or another copy and also apologies; had to go back to town after all. Unfortunately, this was not possible at Kelly Fashion / Kelly New Basic in Hoorn.
R	Rayvon “Rave” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gemiddelde winkel als je daar binnen komt en je bent een bepaald stereo type zal je het voelen/merken gedrag van de medewerkers op allochtonen is overduidelijk. Zelf mee gemaakt 6x de winkel in geweest en 6 maal verschillend behandeld. Leuke kleding trendy en hot maar de medewerkers mogen ze opnieuw opvoeden. Average store when you enter there and you are a certain stereo type you will feel / notice the behavior of the employees on immigrants is obvious. Experienced it myself 6 times, been in the store and treated 6 times differently. Nice clothes trendy and hot but the employees can educate them again.

You will be treated well, lovely staff. Beautiful brands, something for everyone. Also welcome if you just want to do a round not intrusive. ?
R	R S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat valt deze winkel tegen qua personeel. Ze voelen zich te high class en alleen als je geld hebt, liggen ze meteen aan je voeten! Heel veel arrogantie. Qua winkel zelf hebben ze een goed assortiment. This store is disappointing in terms of staff. They feel too high class and only if you have money, they are right at your feet! A lot of arrogance. In terms of store itself, they have a good range.
