★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kennemerland wil in Delft een veel te hoog appartementencomplex neerzetten aan de kruisstraat dat zowel het historische stadsbeeld als privacy van lager liggende gebouwen en dakterrassen eromheen beschadigt. Ze nemen niet de moeite om te reageren op vragen van de krant. En gaan al helemaal niet in gesprek met de buurt. Dan ben je als projektontwikkelaar slecht bezig. Financieel gewin lijkt belangrijker dan een projekt neerzetten dat goed past bij omgeving en meerwaarde voor de stad en inwoners biedt.
 Kennemerland wants to build a much too high apartment complex in Delft on the Kruisstraat that damages both the historic cityscape and privacy of lower-lying buildings and roof terraces around it. They do not bother to respond to questions from the newspaper. And certainly not in conversation with the neighborhood. Then as a project developer you are not doing well. Financial gain seems to be more important than setting up a project that fits well with the environment and offers added value for the city and residents.
