About Kennemerland uitzendorganisatie b.v.
Hoe het allemaal begon
Op 1 januari 2003 is Kennemeruitzend gestart. Vanaf de start lag de focus op Poolse Arbeidsmigranten. Als ware pioniers viel er toentertijd een geheel nieuwe arbeidsmarkt te verkennen en werd er een nieuw fenomeen geïntroduceerd in Nederland, Poolse werknemers.
Vanaf de start heeft Kennemeruitzend zich hard gemaakt voor een juiste behandeling van haar werknemers, zoals goede huisvesting en gelijk loon gelijk werk. Door de jaren heen zijn wij dan ook nauw betrokken geweest bij de vele onderhandelingen die zijn gevoerd tot verbetering van de positie van de arbeidsmigrant.
Gedurende deze eerste jaren van ontwikkeling groeide de branche ook stevig door, Poolse uitzendkrachten werden een begrip in onze samenleving en een niet weg te denken onderdeel van onze economie.
Nu in 2018 is kunnen we dan ook met trots terugkijken hoe deze jaren van ontwikkeling zijn verlopen en de vele obstakels die wij hebben moeten trotseren om te komen waar wij nu staan..
Wat ooit in 2003 klein begon groeide uit tot een uitzendorganisatie met landelijke service.
Het geen ons uniek heeft gemaakt binnen de branche is onze ongekende flexibiliteit in combinatie met het behoud van korte lijnen binnen de organisatie. Een strategie die altijd bepalend is geweest binnen ons bedrijf.

β β β β β Didn't got payment for given work, as same as at least 4 other persons. Do not start. I have worked more than 50h in week (2 different jobs in one day, together 5-6h of free time per day [sleep in this time mainly]) for this company and did got payment for something about 15h. They are saying something about 3rd companies fault but they delivered me to work and tooked back from it. Only first week from few was payed correctly. If I have stay there for one week more I wouldn't had the money for return. Think twice before start smth with this company. SEP Peeters is in cooperation with this company. Cheating company, seriously.
