KenT stoves (3x8kachelwinkel) has a fast delivery, large stock, good installation videos on the website and nice, helpful people. What's not to like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij een order is niet alles geleverd (twv €65,-). Communicatie met het bedrijf is niet mogelijk. Meerdere emails verstuurd, geprobeerd te bellen en meerdere keren contactformulieren ingevuld. Helaas geen reactie. Dus pas goed op als u hier iets wilt bestellen.
Not everything has been delivered with an order (worth € 65). Communication with the company is not possible. Sent multiple emails, tried to call and filled in contact forms multiple times. Unfortunately no response. So be careful if you want to order something here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijke rustige mensen die hun werk doen. Ik heb eerst via de e mail wat vragen gesteld en heb na reaktie de benodigde onderdelen gehaald. Ze hebben meer in de winkel dan ik verwachtte dus aan te raden om gewoon langs te gaan.
Afgelopen weekeinde nogmaals geweest want ik had zelf 1 artikel fout gekocht. Werd zonder probleem en met evenveel vriendelijkheid geruild en kreeg zelfs extra service. Ik ben heel tevreden over dit bedrijf.
Ps mevrouw verstaat Nederlands uitstekend maar praat engels, voor mij geen probleem :-). Echt een aanrader om de tijd te nemen en er gewoon naar toe te gaan.
Friendly calm people doing their job. I first asked some questions via e-mail and after response I got the necessary parts. They have more in store than I expected so recommend just stopping by.
Went again last weekend because I had bought 1 item wrong. Was exchanged without problem and with the same kindness and even got extra service. I am very satisfied with this company.
Ps madam understands Dutch very well but speaks English, no problem for me :-). Really recommended to take the time and just go there.
