Ik had door een verbouwing een Vasco radiator bevestiging-onderdeeltje beschadigd en vroeg of ze daar nog aan konden komen. Met behulp van foto's e.e.a. helder gemaakt. Het gaat hier om iets heel (financieel) onbenullig kleins, toch werd ik vriendelijk en behulpzaam behandeld en kreeg ik uiteindelijk zelfs het onderdeeltje als service ook nog eens cadeau (!). Waar gebeurt zoiets nog tegenwoordig... Wat mij betreft krijgt Kera bij deze een warme douche! I would like to share my positive experience with this, from a very customer-friendly approach to me. I had damaged a Vasco radiator mounting part due to a renovation and asked if they could still touch it. Made clear with the help of photos and such. This is something very (financially) potty little, yet I was treated in a friendly and helpful manner and I eventually even received the part as a service as a gift (!). Where does something like this happen nowadays ... As far as I'm concerned, Kera gets a hot shower with this one!
M	Marie-Jose Van Noorden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze ervaring is zeer negatief. Ze zouden tegelwerk in urengeld doen. We moesten 3 a 4 keer de normale meterprijs betalen, de kwaliteit onder de maat. Een ander heeft het opgeknapt. 4 maanden gewacht op goede Terrazzo monsters. Onder druk toch voor een verkeerde vloer besloten. De werkzaamheden zouden 3 weken duren. Op dag 1 werd ons gemeld dat het 7 weken ging duren. Toen afgezien van de opdracht, hierdoor zeer grote problemen in onze planning. Halen nu de verhuisdatum niet meer. Uiteindelijk geen Terrazzo wat we graag wilden. Hebben mooie praat maar maken niets waar. Ergste is dat ze daarna allemaal redenen verzinnen om het probleem bij ons te leggen. Aantoonbaar fout. Liegen is het ergste wat er is. Ik plaats nooit iets op internet maar hun gaan te ver. Geen zaken mee doen. Our experience is very negative. They would do tiling in hours. We had to pay 3 to 4 times the normal meter price, the quality below par. Another has fixed it up. Waited 4 months for good Terrazzo samples. Decided for a wrong floor under pressure. The work would take 3 weeks. On day 1 we were informed that it would take 7 weeks. Then apart from the assignment, this caused major problems in our planning. Do not get the move date anymore. In the end, Terrazzo was not what we wanted. Have nice talk but don't live up to anything. Worst of all is that afterwards they all come up with reasons to put the problem to us. Proven error. Lying is the worst thing there is. I never post anything on the internet but their going too far. Do not do business with it.
N	Nico Felderhoff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasco design-radiator met enige vertraging bezorgd. Helaas de montage verliep slecht. Na veel communicatie kwam eigenaar eindelijk langs voor montage. Er moest een nieuw gat in de vloer geboord worden omdat de aan/afvoerleiding niet goed paste. Moest terugkomen met een nieuwe betonboor. Wederom geen reactie. Na 3 maanden wachten radiator laten monteren door een ander bedrijf. Na 1 uur werkzaamheden voltooid. Advies aan eigenaar: schenk meer aandacht aan communicatie met klanten. Mond tot mond reclame is zeer belangrijk. Helaas deze keer niet!! Vasco design radiator delivered with some delay. Unfortunately the editing went badly. After much communication, owner finally came by for assembly. A new hole had to be drilled in the floor because the supply / discharge pipe did not fit properly. Had to come back with a new concrete drill. Again no response. After waiting for 3 months, have the radiator installed by another company. Completed after 1 hour of work. Advice to owner: pay more attention to communication with customers. Word of mouth is very important. Unfortunately not this time !!
F	Fer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte ervaring, Mensen trap er niet in. Ontvangst en uitkiezen van tegels ging goed. In de offerte bleken na controle aantal dingen op te staan die totaal overbodig waren. Verder schandalig behandelt. Gelukkig was alleen de dorpel gebroken en niet een doos dure tegels. Eerst belofte doen van dorpel wordt geregeld dan niet waarna een hele discussie zich vormt. Vervolgens na drie weken opnieuw aangeven dat er een dorpel aankomt. Hierna je weken laten wachten zelfs nog aangeven volgende week komt hij binnen. Na drie weken contact gezocht, wat krijg je te horen je zoekt het maar uit. Dorpel krijg je niet. Waardeloos bedrijf, leugens noem maar op. Ik heb echt nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. very bad experience, People don't fall for it. Receiving and choosing tiles went well. After checking the quotation, it turned out that there were a number of things that were completely unnecessary. Also treated horribly. Fortunately only the sill was broken and not a box of expensive tiles. Making a promise of threshold is arranged first, then not, after which a whole discussion takes place. After three weeks of contacting you, what do you get to hear, you just look it up. You don't get a sill. Worthless company, lies you name it. I've really never experienced anything like this.

S	Susanne Klinge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele slechte ervaring. Misschien kan de eigenaar wel tegelen maar een douchebak plaatsen moet je nooit door dit bedrijf laten doen. Tenzij je wilt dat het slecht afloopt. Inmiddels zijn we een jaar verder en is de nieuwe installateur vandaag geweest. Ivm Corona en drukte kon dit niet eerder. Douchebak is eruit gehaald en wat daaronder tevoorschijn konden we niet geloven. Michael heeft de complete douchevloer opengezaagd om een chiffon aan te leggen. De chiffon heeft hij half op een stukje hout geplaatst en half in de leegte. Geen wonder dt de hele bak is gaan hellen; de chiffon al bij de eerste keer lekte en het geen kans van slagen had dat dit zou werken. HOE KAN DIT GEBEUREN! Very bad experience. Perhaps the owner can tile, but you should never have this company install a shower tray. Unless you want it to end badly. We are now a year later and the new installer has come today. Due to Corona and busyness this could not be done earlier. Shower tray has been removed and we couldn't believe what appeared underneath. Michael sawed open the entire shower floor to create a chiffon. He placed the chiffon half on a piece of wood and half in the void. No wonder the whole tank has started to lean; the chiffon was leaking the first time and there was no chance it would work. HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN!

Het is een beetje rommelig, maar dat maakt dat je de spullen ook kunt aanraken of een beetje verplaatsen. Dat is prettig. er is ook veel te kiezen! Vervolgens is de badkamer vooraf bekeken en samen met mijn man ingericht en betegeld. De communicatie over en weer was prima en het opgeleverde product ook. Fijn vooral was dat er een groepsapp aangemaakt werd. Dat communiceerde gemakkelijk. Helped in peace and good advice in the store. It's a bit messy, but that also means you can touch or move the stuff around a bit. That's nice. there is also a lot to choose from! The bathroom was then viewed in advance and furnished and tiled together with my husband. The communication back and forth was excellent and so was the delivered product. It was especially nice that a group app was created. Which communicated easily.

Specifically we were looking for tiles for the backsplash in the kitchen and we found that Kera Design had many different colors, sizes and “textures” to choose from. We made a request for a specific tile, received the offer the next day, and placed our order. The tiles were delivered on time and with nice service. Would definitely go there again because of the good selection and the good service!
