B	Bram vdS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aanrader om hier te verblijven. Je moet wel redelijk goed ter been zijn, want twee trappen op, waarvan 1 steile. In de kerk kun je via de geluidsinstallatie je eigen Spotify draaien. In de kerk is geen gelegenheid te koken dus dat wordt uit eten. Wat geen straf is. Aardige betrokkenen (verhuurders, vrijwilligers) zijn je ter wille. Wie kan orgel spelen kan dat afstemmen, de kerk heeft een orgel van de hand van van Oeckelen. Ook is een kijkje in het graf van Schelte van Aysma mogelijk. Bijzondere B&B want: uniek én.. de kerk is daarnaast nog gewoon in gebruik. Naschrift: Inmiddels zijn onze, uiteraard openbare reviews voorbijgekomen bij omroep Max. Hoewel zij verbeterpunten constateerden, die overigens sportief werden opgepakt, hebben wij echt een heel bijzondere plek mogen bezoeken en waarderen nog steeds hoe de Prot. gemeente en de vrijwilligers/inwoners van Schettens zo op hun kerkgebouw betrokken zijn! Contact met de verhuurder verliep soepel en deze was flexibel. Had a fantastic night in this beautiful unique place. Tastefully decorated, with respect for the original elements. Nice view from the tower of the surroundings. Contact with the landlord went smoothly and was flexible.

Vooral de historische vertelling (los en gratis erbij te boeken!) en de akoestiek en fantastische geluidsinstallatie maken dit een overnachting om nooit meer te vergeten. Absolute aanrader! Great location for a special overnight stay. Especially the historical narration (can be booked separately and free of charge!) and the acoustics and fantastic sound system make this an overnight stay you will never forget. Ondanks de beperkingen die zo'n gebouw met zich meebrengt, is men erin geslaagd om de nodige comfort te bieden. En een prima gastvrijheid met dito ontbijt. Original form of bed and breakfast.
