★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waren speciaal geïnteresseerd in het Moslim - Molukker deel van de begraafplaats. Het ligt aan de Noordzijde. Hoofdeinden van de graven naar Mekka gericht. Hier liggen Molukkers begraven uit het kamp Wyldemerk. Toch een belangrijk historisch feit. Wat opvalt zijn de kleine graven van jonge kinderen. Op de foto's: Achmed Tan was de Moslim geestelijk leider (Imam) in het kamp.
We were especially interested in the Muslim-Moluccan part of the cemetery. It is located on the North side. Headboards of the tombs face Mecca. Moluccans from the Wyldemerk camp are buried here. Still an important historical fact. What is striking are the small graves of young children. In the pictures: Achmed Tan was the Muslim spiritual leader (Imam) in the camp.
