Nachdem ich mehrmals angerufen habe ob der Kostenvoranschlag fertig wäre , habe ich bis zum heutigen Tage (03.09.2020) nichts mehr gehört. Ein Anruf wäre angebracht gewesen. Schade. On June 29th, 2020, an employee from the Kersjes company visited us to measure windows and make a cost estimate. After calling several times To this day (03.09.2020) I haven't heard anything whether the cost estimate is ready. A phone call would have been appropriate. Too bad.
S	Stefan B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor ca. acht Wochen war ein Mittarbeiter der Firma Kersjes bei uns und hat sich unsere alten Velux Fenster angeschaut. Es sollten mehrere Fenster getauscht werden. Das Angebot ist bis heute (29.09.2020) noch nicht eingetroffen. Immer andere Ausreden. Ich denke das die es nicht mehr nötig haben. Schade vielen Dank... About eight weeks ago, an employee from the Kersjes company was with us and had a look at our old Velux windows. Several windows should be exchanged. The offer has not yet arrived today (29.09.2020). Always other excuses. I think that they no longer need it. Too bad thank you ...
M	Malte Meier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe 4 Fenster einbauen lassen, 2 davon wurden vertauscht sodass die Rollobänder nachträglich neu eingelassen werden mussten... natürlich in Eigenregie. Ewige hinterher telefoniererei, der Innendienst dort ist eine absolute Katastrophe ! Die Rechnung wurde bar vor Ort bezahlt, eine Woche später erhalte ich einen Anruf indem man mich fragt wann bezahlt wird?!?!? Es sollte nach 3 Monaten noch ein Fenster eingebaut werden... auf den Rückruf warte ich noch bis heute. Gottseidank habe ich einen fähigen Fensterbauer gefunden der mir nicht einfach geraten hat das Fenster einfach auszubauen und "dicht" zu machen, welchem ich auch die Rechnung der Firma Kersjes zeigte da ich ungutes Gefühl hatte... welches sich auch leider bestätigte. Herrn Jannsen danke ich jedoch zumindest für die freundliche Beratung, thats it. PS: zu den kommentarlosen 5 Sterne Bewertungen der Mitarbeiter um zumindest den Pegel zu halten spare ich mir jeglichen Kommentar I had 4 windows installed, 2 of which were swapped so that the roller blind strips had to be re-inserted later ... of course on my own. Eternal phone calls afterwards, the back office there is an absolute disaster! The bill was paid in cash on site, a week later I received a call asking me when to pay?!?!? A window should be installed after 3 months ... I am still waiting for the callback until today. Thank God I found a capable window fitter who did not advise me to simply expand the window and make it "tight", to whom I also showed the invoice from the Kersjes company because I had a bad feeling ... which was unfortunately confirmed. I would like to thank Mr. Jannsen at least for the friendly advice, that's it. PS: I save any comment on the 5 star ratings of the employees without comment in order to at least keep the level
H	Himmel_blaues v on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Beratung, genaues Aufmaß und pünktlich. Der Einbau unseres Fenstermoduls klappte sauber, ordentlich und wie besprochen. Kleine Reparaturen und ein Erstauftrag mit neuen Rolläden wurden in der Vergangenheit auch zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgeführt. Very good advice, precise measurements and on time. The installation of our window module went clean, tidy and as discussed. Small repairs and an initial order for new roller shutters have been carried out to our complete satisfaction in the past.

Es wurde ein neuer Motor in den Rolladenkasten eingebaut,ohne es mit mir zu besprechen, der alte Motor wurde hinter meinem Rücken entsorgt,erst beim Erhalt der Rechnung erfuhr ich vom neuen Motor.Ich war die ganze Zeit vor Ort man hätte genug gelegenheit gehabt,mir die Sachlage zu erläutern. Dieses Vorgehen empfinde ich als äußerst unseriös! I no longer commission the Kersjes company. A new motor was installed in the roller shutter box without discussing it with me, the old engine was disposed of behind my back, and I only found out about the new engine when I received the invoice. I find this approach extremely dubious!

Wir schrieben die Firma Kersjes im frühen Herbst 2021 an, um einen Termin vereinbaren zu dürfen, zwecks Wintergarten/ Sonnenschutz für unser neues Haus! Wir erhielten WOCHENLANG keine Antwort! Trotzdem fuhren wir zur Ausstellung in Kleve, wo man uns erst unterstellte wir könnten keine Mails schreiben und diese dann doch noch "fand".... Nach der Beratung wurden, wie vereinbart alle Bauzeichnungen unseres geplanten Neubaus von uns zur Verfügung gestellt und nach weiteren WOCHENLANGEN WARTEN fragten wir nach dem zugesagten Kostenvoranschlag! Es folgten Ausreden in sämtlichen "kreativen" Variationen, aber BIS HEUTE (1/2 Jahr!) noch immer kein Kostenvoranschlag! Es macht den Eindruck, als hätte man kein Interesse an dem Auftrag! Es wäre einfach nett gewesen, das dann einfach zurückzumelden, dann hätten wir uns schon früher nach anderen Anbietern umgesehen! (Dort war dann auch ein aussagekräftiges Angebot innerhalb 1 Woche per Mail da...) Schlussendlich sind wir jetzt froh, denn wenn die Ausführung gensauso UNMOTIVIERT, UNPROFESSIONELL und UNZUVERLÄSSIG gelaufen wäre, wäre das mitten in der Bauphase und Vorfreude auf das neue Haus, nur ärgerlich gewesen! GAR NICHT (!!!!) zu empfehlen!!!!! Really BAD and disappointing!!! We wrote to the Kersjes company in early autumn 2021 to make an appointment for the conservatory/sun protection for our new house! We didn't get a reply for WEEKS! Nevertheless, we drove to the exhibition in Kleve, where we were first accused of not being able to write emails and then "found" them... After the consultation, as agreed, we made all the construction drawings of our planned new building available and after another WEEK-LONG WAIT we asked for the promised cost estimate! Excuses followed in all "creative" variations, but UNTIL TODAY (1/2 year!) still no estimate! It gives the impression of not being interested in the job! It would have been nice to simply report it back, then we would have looked around for other providers sooner! (There was also a meaningful offer within 1 week by mail...) In the end we are happy now, because if the execution had been just as UNMOTIVED, UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE, it would have been annoying in the middle of the construction phase and anticipation of the new house! NOT AT ALL (!!!!) recommended!!!!!

Vom Anruf bis zur Vor Ort Besichtigung, von der Planung, Berücksichtigung unserer Wünsche, Ausstellungsbesuch, Aufklärung was man als Laie gar nicht weiß, Ausführung und Montage mehr als zufriedenstellend. Meinen speziellen Dank an Herrn Janssen, der uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und auch dem sehr netten, akkurat arbeitenden Montageteam. Nicht einmal ein kl. Stück Tapete oder Putz wurde bei der Demontage bzw. Einbau der Fenster u Türen beschädigt. Ihr seid klasse. Einfach gutes ehrliches Fachhandwerk. Bitte weiter-geben an die ausführenden Jungs. Persönliches Danke Schön ist Selbstverständlich gewesen. I can only report positive things. From the phone call to the on-site visit, from the planning, taking our wishes into account, visiting the exhibition, explaining what you don't know as a layman, execution and assembly more than satisfactory. My special thanks to Mr. Janssen, who was at our side with advice and action, and also to the very nice, accurate assembly team. Not even a small A piece of wallpaper or plaster was damaged during the dismantling or installation of the windows and doors. You are great. Simply good honest craftsmanship. Please pass it on to the performing guys. A personal thank you goes without saying.
