Dementsprechend ist das Kerzenhaus auch nicht der einzige Anbieter rund um den Kapellenplatz. Was macht es nun in besonderer Weise aus? Zunächst sind da sicherlich die MitarbeiterInnen. Stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und auch im größten Wallfahrtsstress die Ruhe in Person. Zweitens verfügt der Laden über ein sehr umfangreiches Angebot. Hier findet man schlicht alles, was das Herz des Wallfahrers begehrt. Weiß man, dass es sich beim Kevelaerer Kerzenhaus um ein Ladenlokal des Unternehmens Bloemen aus Bedburg-Hau handelt, versteht man auch, dass individuelle Anfertigungen, Sonderwünsche, oder auch Außergewöhnliches meist problemlos beschafft und organisiert werden kann. Wir werden jedenfalls auch in Zukunft immer wieder gern hier einkaufen, wenn wir in Kevelaer zu Gast sind. Hier ist der Kunde König. Als Kunde habe ich hier die Möglichkeit mich umzusehen, auszutesten (elektr. Grabkerze) und zu fragen, wenn etwas nicht vorrätig ist. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder. Friendly and courteous service, questions will be happy to answer. Wishes are fulfilled as far as possible (candles that are e.g. not in stock, ordered.) Here the customer is king. As a customer, I have the opportunity to look around, test (electric grave candle) and ask if something is not in stock. We always like to come back.
