J	Jacqueline De Pender on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zoals veel andere mensen tijdens de pandemie werkloos geworden, na veel teleurstellende sollicitaties waar geen reacties kwamen en of een standaard afwijzing zonder feedback (om tenminste iets van te kunnen leren) kreeg ik contact met Nils van Keser, wat een frisse en leuke benadering, als kandidaat voel je je gezien en geluisterd en goed geholpen (binnen 2 weken een baan! en was werkloos voor 4 manden!!!!!) Like many other people became unemployed during the pandemic, after many disappointing applications where no responses were received and or a standard rejection without feedback (to at least learn something from) I got in touch with Nils van Keser, what a fresh and nice approach, as candidate you feel seen and listened to and helped (a job within 2 weeks! and was unemployed for 4 months !!!!!)

Tijdens het gesprek is er erg veel aandacht besteed aan wat ik ken en kan, maar ook wat ik leuk vind om te doen en hoe ik als persoon in elkaar zit. Aan het einde van het gesprek is er kort overleg geweest met andere collegarecruiters en hebben ze mij een totaal andere vacature voorgesteld, omdat ze dachten dat het beter bij me zou passen. Nu ben ik al 11 weken werkzaam bij mijn nieuwe werkgever die me door Keser is voorgesteld en heb ik het er ook enorm naar mijn zin. In tussentijd ben ik gebeld en is me gevraagd hoe het gaat en of dat de verwachtingen die geschetst waren ook overeenkwamen in de praktijk. Al met al hebben ze mij een erg goed gevoel gegeven en kan ik niets anders zeggen dan dat het top organisatie is. Mijn persoonlijke dank aan Ivo ook! I responded to a vacancy and was then invited to come over for an interview. During the conversation a lot of attention was paid to what I know and can do, but also to what I like to do and how I work as a person. At the end of the interview, there were brief consultations with other fellow recruiters and they suggested a completely different vacancy to me, because they thought it would suit me better. Now I have been working for 11 weeks at my new employer that I was introduced to by Keser and I am really enjoying myself there. In the meantime I have been called and asked how it goes and whether the expectations outlined also corresponded in practice. All in all they have given me a very good feeling and I can only say that it is top organization. My personal thanks to Ivo too!
