Zij gaf ons de indruk dat zij niet alleen vanuit het commerciële standpunt, maar zeker ook vanuit het klantperspectief meedacht! De verdere afwikkeling, inmeten van de keuken thuis, administratieve handelingen, afleveren en monteren van de keuken is prima verlopen! De monteurs waren vakkundig en vriendelijk. Dat wij onze zaakjes in orde hadden, voor wat betreft de aansluitingen en al het andere wat er nodig was om de nieuwe keuken te kunnen plaatsen, heeft het ook makkelijker gemaakt. Wij zijn tot nu toe zeer tevreden! At KK Beverwijk we are well informed by Mandy in particular. She gave us the impression that she was thinking not only from the commercial point of view, but also from the customer perspective! The further settlement, measuring the kitchen at home, administrative operations, delivery and assembly of the kitchen went very well! The engineers were professional and friendly. That we had our affairs in order, regarding the connections and everything else that was needed to install the new kitchen, also made it easier. We are very satisfied so far!
E	E A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 juni jl. is mijn nieuwe keuken geplaatst door Keukenkampioen. Tot mijn verbazing merkte ik op dat de koelkast die geplaatst werd, niet de koelkast was die ik had besteld. Tijdens het gesprek met de adviseur hadden wij aangegeven graag een koelkast te willen waarbij ik zowel water als ijsblokjes uit kon aftappen. De adviseur liet een foto zien van een koelkast die dat zou kunnen en noteerde voor onze neus het nummer van de koelkast op het bestelformulier. Nu blijkt achteraf dat de adviseur niet de koelkast die hij had laten zien, maar een andere koelkast aan de bestelling heeft toegevoegd. Keukenkampioen biedt als alternatief mij een koelkast tegen inkoopprijs en de andere koelkast zou ik daarbij mogen houden. Dus ze zeggen eigenlijk dat ik het maar zelf moet oplossen, terwijl ze koelkast zouden moeten omruilen, omdat het hun eigen fout is geweest. Daarnaast laat de afwerking van de keuken te wensen over, maar ook hierover zegt de Keukenkampioen dat ik het zelf maar beter moet afwerken. Schandalige klantenservice en totaal niet behulpzaam. Zie foto’s voor hoe slecht de service van Keukenkampioen is! De koelkast vertoont bovendien schade (!!!) waarvoor zij zich ook nog eens niet aansprakelijk achten, wat te bizar voor woorden is. June 8th, my new kitchen was placed by Keukenkampioen. To my surprise, I noticed that the refrigerator that was placed was not the refrigerator I ordered. During the conversation with the consultant, we had indicated that we would like a refrigerator where I could drain both water and ice cubes. The consultant showed a photo of a refrigerator that could do that and noted the refrigerator number on the order form in front of us. It now appears afterwards that the consultant did not add the refrigerator that he had shown, but another refrigerator to the order. As an alternative, kitchen champion offers me a refrigerator at purchase price and the other refrigerator I could keep. So they actually say that I should fix it myself, while they should exchange fridge, because it was their own fault. In addition, the finish of the kitchen leaves much to be desired, but the Kitchen Champion also says that I should finish it myself. Scandalous customer service and not helpful at all. See photos for how bad the Kitchen Champion service is! The refrigerator also shows damage (!!!) for which they also do not consider themselves liable, which is too bizarre for words.

Hij dacht goed met ons mee, en ook met een paar uitdagingen is goed met ons meegedacht! Alle lof voor de monteur! Vakman in hart en nieren! Alles wat tegen zat omgevormd naar een grandioos resultaat! Op het verkeerd inmeten en daarmee het aanpassen van het composiet werkblad na, is alles vlekkeloos verlopen. Het resultaat mag er zijn! Prachtig! Kan zo het blad vt wonen in. Aanrader! Er is steeds uitstekend gecommuniceerd vanuit het bedrijf. De bezorging werd gedaan door 2 jongens die heel voorzichtig met de spullen ( en onze nieuwe vloer) omgingen. De montage werd gedaan door vakbekwame mannen die goed mee dachten en heel hard hebben gewerkt om alles in 1 dag af te krijgen. Aansluiting van de apparatuur werd dezelfde dag nog geregeld. We hebben een prachtige keuken waar we heel blij mee zijn! Kees en Edith Hopman We are very satisfied with our choice for the Kitchen Champion. Pleasant salesman who was not pushy. There has always been excellent communication from the company. The delivery was done by 2 guys who were very careful with the stuff (and our new floor). The assembly was done by skilled men who thought well and worked very hard to get everything finished in 1 day. Connection of the equipment was arranged the same day. Contacted customer service, message to sales advisor and send a message via keuken kampioen form on their website multiple times and no one get back to us. After service care is non-existance.

I was told by the installer that the missing part will be mailed to me (and I have to install it myself), but to date the missing parts have not been delivered. Filled up the online contact form twice but customer service did not get back. Attempts to reach out to the sales advisor and kitchen installer also did not solve the problem. Now the sink leaks each time water enters the overflow hole, very frustrating. UPDATE: Managed to reach out to customer service and the problem was rectified swiftly. I was asked to email the photographs of the missing parts and they were sent to me within 2 working days. The kitchen sink is now complete and service recovery was good.
