The attention to the client was very good, a bit rare in the Netherlands or maybe we were lucky!

Really bad experience. Seller messed up the budget and left us the kitchen dissembled. After calling them, they were not clear if the manager was working (first yes then no). They lack of clarity and customer care. STAY AWAY from this store, specially if you don't speak Dutch.

I am very satisfied with my kitchen. Initial meeting at Ter Aar went very well. When the kitchen arrived there were issues with the person who did installation that caused some headache. However, when Tatiana from the customer service stepped in everything went on smoothly from there on. Yurri who came to install cabinets that were damaged during delivery was extremely professional and efficient. Thank you! I would recommend this company as in my experience they take customer service seriously and remedy the mistake which could happen.

Scam! We bought a kitchen and discussed installation with the seller. Now it turns out that it was not included! I ask to speak with the manager, first he will call me, then he is sick... changed the story twice in 1 hour. STAY AWAY

Very lovely place with excellent prices and friendly workers! Loved it! We got a whole kitchen with appliances for 3k!

We bought a beautiful kitchen from them, however the service is terrible: - the counter top was not the right color and after 3 months, we are still waiting; - dishwasher was not installed properly. They confirmed us they would reimburse the costs of repair, nothing so far; - customer service never calls you back; UPDATE: Even if it took 6 months to resolve all the above, I must say that they took our complains very seriously (finally) and resolved everything. The resolutions were very satisifactory and we are happy with the kitchen we have. Very good quality vs price balance.

I had awful experience with Keukenwarenhuis. Max was our manager and he did not do a great job on following up with his promises. The company and Max specifically should do better in following up after the order is made. After making an order I called the company 4-5 times asking for technical specification to begin with making pipe connections as our renovation was ongoing and we needed to make decision on pipes!! I did not receive technical specification for a month (!!!) of going back and forth. Our manager Max failed to call me back and arrange technical inspection after I called Keukenwarenhuis and asked for him 4-5 times. It was only shared with me when a technical expert came to inspect the pipes a few weeks before delivery and he made a conclusion that pipes are in incorrect positions and that Keukenwarenhuis cannot install the kitchen like that. I arranged the installation myself and paid extra to arrange the pipes in a correct order so that the kitchen fits. Again, Keukenwarenhuis did not provide the tech specification on time, so I could not arrange proper installation. On top of that technical expert told me that they sent an email. I never received one (not in my spam or deleted), so can only conclude that they lie to me. When the kitchen was delivered it turned out that there is no hole for electricity sockets in the kitchen table (for which I paid extra), also mounting glue, sink pipe and even screws were not included. When I called to complain the lady at reception just hanged the phone. I found this unbelievable experience to be similar for other people by reading reviews here. Overall, really bad experience, lots of stress and I will never recommend their services. Avoid at all cost.

Terrible service from this junk company for kitchens. Have ordered my kitchen setup almost 4 months ago and my fridge and oven hasnt been delivered yet. I called their support service numerous times and up until today there seems to be always something going wrong with them. We discussed to offer a borrowed fridge but that also has been changed as a delivery date numerous times, because the delivery team goes all around the NL and seems to not have time. They dont even apologise to you and blame the problem arisen to others internally. You guys need to get your stuff together. I have never in my life faced such a disorganised organisation before. STAY AWAY if you want to have your sanity.
