★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont buy here!! Bought a sound equipment for 568 euros with the delivery in 2-5 business days. After two days without the delivery tracking number I call the company's customer service and I am informed that the delivery will be possible after at least 2 MONTHS !! I feel like I have been fooled. Right now, they owe me my money and will take 15 days to give it back in case of cancellation because it is "their standard polocy" - same kind of policy of people who really are not commited to customers.
I will never order anything from this terrible shop - I am done. If I could, Id give them 0 stars.

But the spirit of the staff is still the same.
I really love to shop here, because the staff is just as enthusiastic about the topics as I am.
They also think outside of the box when needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unusual musician friendly music shop with lots of instruments available for testing and very friendly staff. Largest collection of acoustic bass guitars I’ve seen in awhile and number of soundproof cabins for sound checks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not understand the positive reviews here. This place is horrible. Inadequate rude personel, overpriced gear and strange return regulations.
When something is out of stock they tell you that it will be delivered soon. Soon as in 8 weeks or so. Your money you will not get back.
They go out of their way to not refund you. They pride themselves in being a brick and mortar shop and try to stay that way with weird regulations and tricky customer service.
Again, do not buy from this store. Save yourself a waste of time going back and forth. Better buy somewhere else even more expensive and do yourself a favour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good store to test equipment and feel how to play it. Only that this is states as XXXL on their website makes me a little confused. There was alot of equipment but not as much as i expected. I get that because of the corona there will be less equipment, but it was kinda underwhelming. And the equipment was kinda outdated. Staff was great do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff. One point of improvement could be making sure the guitars are better set up. I tried a quite premium guitar and the setup kept it from reaching its true potential. Otherwise I was very happy with the service despite not buying a guitar, thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be good and friendly staff, my first 2 guitars were both at old store and had great advice. Went to the new one and no decent place to try amps nor guitars.
Besides weird feelings from the staff if you don't show off that you will spend a lot there... Not ethical in my opinion.
