Not the fastest service and it's a little chaotic, the chicken is good and enough seating.

So we (the customer) pay 500ml of juice in the big menu and we receive 200ml of juice and the rest ice, it is incredible, me and my friends we have never seen somebody to steal the customer like that, so i tooked 3 zips from the pepsi Max and the juice was gone, how can you do that, to fill up the 500ml cup with ice and the rest maximum 200ml of juice, i hope somebody from KFC will read this and take some actions, KFC should be ashamed to steal the customer like that

Went back as a Uber Eats takeaway customer to see if it has improved. Well it hasn't. Wrong drink Pepsi not Pepsi Max big mistake for diabetic. 2x Bacon Burgers one should have been different 1x bacon 1x cheese. We understand about things like warm food as it takeaway but getting the order that wrong. It blew my mind in the worst way possible. Never ever again. The first time and hopefully the last time I will write this. Original Review: Bad experience. We mentioned a few things and it wasnt busy they took over 10 mins to solve most of the problems. Some things cant be fixed which I understand. Like disabled toilet door lock and gent toilet lock broken. And the worst thing is they didnt even solve to worst problem we reminded them before we left but blood on the toilet handle. See the photo! If this is the hygiene they have out front what must it be like in the back? Overall mediocre food, very uncaring staff, in a KFC atmosphere.

Went in, checked the app on my phone for any promotions. Saw one I liked, had to use QR code to use it. When arrived at the order Display it was immediately visible where and how I could scan the QR code. Scanned it, asked for extra ?. Had to choose my drink and then they asked if I wanted table service. ? Had to pick a number, for me this was 112. I sat down, not 2 minutes later a very nice lady comes to bring my food. She asked me nicely for my name and number ( for covid of course) and even writes it down for me. Wow great service five stars!! ?????

Ended up waiting for 45+ minutes for our order to be made, after I went and asked for it it was done within 3 minutes. Poor organisation, but friendly staff and the food was pretty good ?

The only and biggest problem at this KFC in Tilburg center is that the workers are not speaking English only Dutch and I was waiting for my order while my order was waiting for me. Totally disappointed ?

Credit/debit card not working but they do not tell you that until you find out yourself. People are wasting time on the ordering machines 10 minutes until they find out it is not working. I think they chase and catch the chickens at the back yard because it takes 30 minutes for them to prepare a menu. I think they should have more athletic people who can catch the chickens faster.
