They have poor customer service skills, uneducated, impolite.
Food always cold and bread from the 90’s.
Always making order mistakes and giving customers smth else or missing 2 sandwiches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a family meal a 50€ via a Thuisbezorgd 2 hours ago. The delivery driver been waiting for the better part of 1 and a half hour.
At this point Thuisbezorgd calls me and tells me that KFC claims to the delivery driver that we cancelled our order. Something you cant even do without involving Thuisbezorgd in the first place.
Still waiting for my food, The money been drawn, The reciet is available and Thuisbezorgd is also confirming that.
Never ever again will I spend a cent on this KFC. The blatant disregard and disrespect is the worst I've ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KFC needs to know people are working for their money, doe they are using amateurs staff for cheap labour. They needed more training on good listening skills from clients and changing of old oil before dumping or frying chicken in it, because when a client pays for a meal from his or her car most often we getting unfinished fried chicken or chicken fried from oid oil, it's like the chicken from the previous day refried twice it taste unsatisfied. Please know that KFC is a brand, we need that quality for quick meals thanks for your understanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall KFCs all over the world do not disappoint !Due to covid restrictions one may not eat here but only takeaway …which is fast , superb and tasty ?.Always in favor of zingers and the newest must try is cookie shake with ginger breads.Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I eat in it’s as good as any other KFC but when I ordered to take away I came up short 3 burgers which is a lot. The women in the till didn’t play attention at all and closes the bags and send people away with half the food missing.
