★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17Sep2021 around 18.30 placed my take-away order, waited 50 minutes, while it was not extra-ordinarily busy. Got home to find that they DID NOT give me the hot wings and the chicken popcorn. People be aware if you are ordering take-away from this location, check your order on the spot! I cant tell if this is an innocent mistake or an intended mistake.

the drive thru can be busy, so have patience

The manager on duty told a staff member to serve us n he refused (he actually said NO), both manager n staff could not make up their mind who would serve us. I told them, it’s oké n left, it was very disrespectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Double check what you get from them! Double check what you get from them! I ordered 19 euro food, they gave me only half of what I ordered and insisted they gave me everything. I have to show the order ticket to get my ice cream, two piece original chicken and 8 hot wings back. What is worse, this is not the first time they missed in my orders. Previously, I drive away then found out they missed food. Because this restaurant is on high way, so I highly doubt they do this deliberately! Shame of this restaurant!
