β β β β β Used the drive-through this time. I was told that there was an issue and paying with debit or credit card was not possible. Luckily I had enough cash on me. Instead of paying at one window and then getting your food from the next, the lady told me I should wait around the corner and the food would be brought over in 6 minutes. She was very specific about those 6 minutes, so I guess that was the timer on the fryer or something.
Ten minutes past, no food to be seen.
I waited another couple of minutes before going inside to complain. I had seen people walk in and get food in the time I had been sitting in the car waiting, so that wasn't fun at all.
Once inside, I got what I ordered within five minutes, but this isn't what I expected from what's supposed to be a fastfood service. Very disappointed in that regard.
The chicken and sauces were nice, luckily.

β β β β β Kfc is tasty but more then 50% of my orders something is wrong (forgot cheese on burger or forgot to add mais, etc.) and i need to go back, they do fix it though..

β β β β β I gave an excellent review 2 months ago, when covid restrictions here were followed so carefully yet staff stayed calm and friendly. Now that has passed. The staff right now cannot be bothered to take your order and sends you to the machines, although there are plastic separators at the check out that makes ordering perfectly safe. They just don't want to deal with people, they say people should better use the drive in. Disinfectant bottles at the entrance are left empty, same reasoning. Toilets have been closed. Max 2 persons allowed in the shop. The food is the usual KFC. When available, this one has plenty of space upstairs, light, and it was super clean. Actually the cleaning guy is super thorough, he makes people feel safe in these Corona days. The rest is basically what you would expect of a kfc. Parking and accessible toilets downstairs. Sitting space outside. Playground. The one in Breda has better service!

β β β β β Leave it to be desired, I went to KFC Roosendaal, I ordered zinger burger with extra bacon and cheese, the bacon and cheese were missing! I was right and I told them what was missing and they changed it for me, so that I could shut up, they put another portion of potatoes on me? Some products were put in the bag if they were thrown away! It doesn't deserve a star!
