★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The meal was not teasty and so small , for the first while i thought they were mistaking by a kid menu , but no .. that small burger was mine ( original BBQ chicken burger ) for around 10€ . I don't recommand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had a burger looking like the one in the commercials. Unless this is made like the burgers in the commercials (with paint and undercooked meat ) I don't know what people are complaining. Food was also still hot when arrived at home from the drive through. Burger was very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited for my order for about 20 minutes or more. When I went to the employees to ask them what happened , they just took the bon and turn their back to me. NO EXPLANATION , NO EXCUSES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. We order a menu and there was 3 cars before us and it took 20 min before we came to the window to pay to hear that it will take another 10 more minutes...?
Not customer friendly. Say that at the order window and let the customer decide..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited for over one hour in at the drive-through. Including bad service the only words they know are: “Was that It?” after literally anything I chose. Very annoying and inappropriate. Worst “fast”-food in Spijkenisse. I’ll get some MacDonald’s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible people working here just as their chicken that they serve half raw. The person behind the counter was eating while taking the order. Have not seen a more unprofessional KFC in the Netherlands ever in my 15 years here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in my life I wait for one hour in the drive-in. Horrible. Please of you can not manage so many clients, put a panel with the estimated waiting time. Once we were on the que we could not go anywhere anymore.
