It was just before 6pm and they were out of original chicken! They substituted strips which was ok but who runs out of chicken at dinner time?? Chicken also seemed a bit undercooked as it was all so light.

Ordered, amongst other products, 3 times 4 crispy tenders, received three boxes with 8 pieces in place of 12. Two boxes had two pieces in place of four. Always count your products, this is not the first time something goes wrong with the order, most of the time I was able to spot the issue in the restaurant. This time unfortunately not, as I would have to open all the boxes and check.

I ate here yesterday. Everything was clean and it didn't take too long for my food to be prepared. Amazing service.

We ate here last week, great service. Even though it was busy, we got our food quite fast. Restaurant was clean and the guy who prepared our food was very friendly. Will definitely visit again soon.

Worst fast food experience ever. Literally waited 40 minutes for our food. The place was packed, could barely move. Staff clearly overwhelmed and couldn't cope with volume. Drive through obviously were priority, the line got longer and longer. When food finally came, the chips were cold, the chicken was cold and soggy and the popcorn chicken was undercooked and cold. What the hell were they doing back there? One could understand such a delay of they were having to prepare lots of fresh food, but this stuff had obviously been sitting there for awhile. Customers were getting very upset. Not once was an apology given. Everyone waiting should have been offered a sincere apology at worst and vouchers for a future visit at best. At least that way they might come back, but based on the experience today, I certainly won't. Absolutely shocking.
