Misschien kunnen ze beter een spoeddienst beginnen in plaats van nieuwe klanten in de steek te laten.
Do not keep their agreements. Let it go completely on the same day and time of the appointment (much too late) with the excuse that they have so many emergencies.
Perhaps they should start an emergency service rather than abandon new customers.
