Je merkt meteen dat de trainer weet waar die over praat vanwege veel ervaring. Dat zorgt voor een optimale training en het beste resultaat. Je kan hier 5 dagen per week terecht wat ook een dikke plus punt is. A very good gym with a very nice atmosphere. Newcomers are treated with great respect, just like the people who are already there. You immediately notice that the trainer knows what he is talking about because of a lot of experience. This ensures optimal training and the best results. You can go here 5 days a week, which is also a big plus.

In de lessen wordt er rekening gehouden met elkaar als er niveau verschil is en er wordt respectvol met elkaar omgegaan. Er wordt gevarieerd les gegeven die focussen op de verschillende aspecten van de sport ( techniek , kracht en conditie). De trainers lopen in de zaal rond en geven tips om de techniek nog meer te verbeteren. Albert weet je altijd te motiveren om steeds meer uit je zelf te willen halen en te streven naar nog betere technische beheersing van het sport. Het opwekken van dit intrinsieke streven naar meer geeft mij het gevoel dat ik bij de juiste trainer zit. Top gym with very nice and respectful trainers and members. Lessons are taught at all levels. From beginners to advanced competitive fighters. In the lessons, each other is taken into account if there is a level difference and they are treated with respect. There are varied lessons that focus on the different aspects of sport (technique, strength and fitness). The trainers walk around the room and give tips to improve the technique even more. Albert always knows how to motivate you to want to get more out of yourself and to strive for better technical control of the sport. Generating this intrinsic pursuit of more gives me the feeling that I am with the right trainer.
